James L. Lee is Deputy General Counsel for the U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission responsible for the day to day direction of the Commission's national litigation program. His previous positions with the Commission include Director of Field Management Programs for the Office of Field Programs, Director of the Baltimore District Office and Regional Attorney for the New York District Office. He began his career with the Commission as a trial attorney in the Denver Litigation Center.
