EEOC Careers

Who We Are

At the EEOC, we’re committed to enforcing Federal laws to help end workplace discrimination in the United States. Our Agency’s employees are leaders in ensuring employees are not discriminated against due to their race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, transgender status, and sexual orientation), national origin, age (40 or older) disability, or genetic information. We investigate charges of discrimination against employees covered by Federal law, and help prevent future discrimination through outreach, education, and technical assistance programs.

The EEOC has locations throughout the Nation, including our Headquarters Office located in Washington, DC, and 53 Field Offices throughout the United States.

Why Join the EEOC?
