Donna Gonzalez

Ms. Donna Gonzalez is Co-Owner and Senior Vice President of JDG Associates, Inc., a leading management consulting firm specializing in equal employment opportunity for the federal sector.

Ms. Gonzalez has more than 20 years of professional experience in the public and private sectors. Her areas of expertise include civil rights, human resources, and equal employment opportunity. As Senior Vice President, Ms. Gonzalez is responsible for ensuring that all civil rights and EEO support functions provided to federal agencies are compliant with federal regulations, executive orders, and agency directives. As such, many of her responsibilities are dedicated to training, quality control, and sufficiency reviews.

In addition, Ms. Gonzalez has extensive experience in participating and managing projects for federal and state agencies involving many disciplines, including Title VI compliance reviews, program evaluation, training, technical assistance, disadvantaged business development and economic initiatives, and community based organizations.

Her strong background in human resources was essential in developing JDG Associates’ private sector service capabilities. In addition to preparing affirmative action plans, she implemented procedures for streamlining onsite and desk audits for private sector customers in preparation for OFCCP reviews.

Ms. Gonzalez is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the San Antonio Human Resource Management.

Prior to establishing JDG Associates, Ms. Gonzalez was HR Director for Techsys Capital.

Although originally from Louisiana, where she attended Northeast Louisiana University, Ms. Gonzalez, currently resides in the Texas Hill Country. She and her husband, John D. Gonzalez, established JDG Associates, Inc. in 1988.

During the last ten years, JDG Associates has become a nationally recognized EEO firm, having provided EEO support to more than forty agencies. JDG Associates has been recognized as one of the fasted growing businesses by Hispanic Business Magazine and the by Department of Transportations as the Small and Disadvantaged Business of the Year.
