Kenneth Willner, the firm's Professional Personnel Partner, represents employers in all aspects of employment law and litigation, including wrongful discharge; discrimination; sexual harassment; disability discrimination; class actions and individual cases in federal and state courts and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs; affirmative action; compliance reviews; traditional labor law; labor relations; executive contract negotiations; wage and hour advice; non-competition covenants; drug and alcohol testing; unfair labor practice charges; employment law torts and protection of employer intellectual property.

His clients include airlines, government contractors, high-tech firms, industry associations, local government associations, retail chains, accounting firms, law firms, financial institutions, real estate companies, environmental companies, and individuals.

Mr. Willner is a member of the Employment Law Sections of the American Bar Association, the Virginia Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar Association. He has spoken on a variety of employment law topics. Mr. Willner is admitted to the Bars of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third, Fourth, Eighth, Tenth and District of Columbia Circuits, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the Western District of Pennsylvania.
