Lowe’s to Pay $700,000 to Settle EEOC Sexual Harassment Discrimination Lawsuit
PHOENIX -- Lowe’s, a nationwide hardware and home improvement company, will pay $700,000 and furnish other relief to settle a sexual harassment discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.
The EEOC charged in its suit that Lowe’s allowed sexual harassment to occur at its Lake Havasu City location for several years.

EEOC to Hold Commission Meeting Sept. 22 on Future Enforcement Priorities

DALLAS – Utah-based SkyWest Airlines violated federal law by subjecting a female parts clerk to sexual harassment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit it filed today.
