Existen plazos estrictos para presentar un cargo por discriminación; revise la información en la sección puntualidad o llame al 1-800-669-4000.

Las personas con problemas auditivos pueden comunicarse con la EEOC por videollamada al 1-844-234-5122. Si tiene una discapacidad que le impide acceder al Portal público o tiene dificultades para acceder al portal, llame al 1-800-669-4000.

Agencias Estatales y Locales

La EEOC trabaja con las Agencias de Prácticas Legales de Empleo (FEPA) y las Oficinas Tribales de Derechos Laborales (TERO) para gestionar las acusaciones de discriminación y la protección de los derechos laborales de los nativos americanos. La EEOC tiene contratos con aproximadamente 90 FEPA en todo el país para procesar más de 48,000 cargos por discriminación anualmente. Estos cargos plantean reclamos bajo las leyes estatales y locales que prohíben la discriminación laboral, así como las leyes federales aplicadas por la EEOC.
