These documents provide Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) results for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Government-wide FEVS results are available on the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) website.

Survey Administration

OPM administers FEVS to EEOC employees online. EEOC’s participation in the FEVS fulfills the federal requirement to administer an Annual Employee Survey (AES) in accordance with title 5, Code of Federal Regulations, part 250, subpart C.

Survey Sample and Response Rate

OPM administers FEVS to a census of full-time and part-time permanent federal employees. FEVS responses are weighted prior to reporting to ensure EEOC’s FEVS results are representative of the agency's employee population.
