Media Advisory: EEOC and Justice Department to release AI and ADA resources

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division will each release new resources for employers and workers about the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and algorithmic fairness and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) today at 11 a.m.

Media are invited to join EEOC Chair Charlotte A. Burrows and Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke to discuss the need and impact of these resources.
