EEOC RELEASES NEW ADA GUIDANCE DEFINING "DISABILITY"

WASHINGTON -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) today released Compliance Manual Section 902: Definition of the Term "Disability" to EEOC investigators and the public.
