EEOC Releases Fiscal Year 2020 Enforcement and Litigation Data

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) today released detailed breakdowns for the 67,448 charges of workplace discrimination the agency received in Fiscal Year (FY) 2020. EEOC to Launch New Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Software
