Family Ranch, Inc. Settles EEOC Sex Discrimination Charge for $55,000

FRESNO, Calif. – Family Ranch, Inc., a Central Valley farm labor contractor, has settled a federal charge of sex discrimination and retaliation filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for $55,000 and other injunctive relief, the federal agency announced today.

FRESNO, Calif. – Reedley, Calif.-based fruit farm Family Tree Farms, Inc. has settled a federal charge of sex discrimination filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for $40,000 and other relief, the federal agency announced today.

EEOC Announces April 26 Opening Date for the Collection of 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 Data

Subway Franchisee to Pay $28,700 to Settle EEOC Disability Discrimination Suit

INDIANAPOLIS – A Bloomington, Ind., fast-food sandwich shop will pay $28,700 to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.
