Advised investigative staff during investigation of employment discrimination cases. Litigated employment discrimination complaints based on claims of race, sex, age, equal pay and disability discrimination. Class litigation experience - age and national origin discrimination.

Private Practice
Employment related litigation and representation before administrative bodies including, federal EEO hearings, workman's compensation and unemployment compensation judges.

Hobbies include participating in charity fund raiser bicycle rides and Breast Cancer sprint triathlons.
