Jeanette Wilkins grew up in Chicago and is a graduate of Farragut High School. Ms. Wilkins applied for a janitorial job at Scrub, Inc. in August of 2005. Prior to that time, she had significant work experience as a packer, data entry clerk, housekeeper, and child care worker. After applying at Scrub, Ms. Wilkins worked for a temporary agency and for a thrift store. Ms. Wilkins became disabled in November of 2007.
