Suzanne Kotrosa

Suzanne Kotrosa has been employed by EEOC since 1993. She served as an Investigator for the Baltimore District Office/Baltimore Field Office, during which time she earned her MBA from the University of Baltimore, UMBC. Suzanne became the CR/TIU Supervisor in 2005, and was detailed to Headquarters in 2008, becoming a Program Analyst in the Office of Field Programs. She serves on several committees and workgroups, and acts as a liaison between field offices and the offices within EEOC Headquarters.
