MIAMI – Florida Care ALF of Amelia Island, Inc., located in Ferdinand Beach, Florida, violated federal law when it fired an employee because she was pregnant, the U.S. Equal Employment Oppor­tunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.
