Following is an initial consultation for individuals who believe they have been discriminated against on the basis of their race, color, sex, national origin, religion, disability, genetic information, or age. This consultation does NOT constitute the filing of a charge of discrimination. Once you submit this query, an EEOC employee will contact you. If no one has contacted you within 30 days, please call 1 (800) 669-4000. It is important that you act promptly so that your concerns are addressed promptly and to ensure that a charge of discrimination, if filed, is on time or within the limits provided by law for filing a charge.

The terms for filing a charge of discrimination are 180, 300 in some states, days from the date the alleged discrimination occurred.
