St. Louis District Office

Rm 8.100
St. Louis, MO 63103

The St. Louis District Office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. except federal holidays. Walk-ins are accepted Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
While walk-ins are accepted, scheduling an appointment prior to coming to the office is strongly recommended. Individuals with appointments or an expiring statute of limitations will be given priority and we may not be able to interview individuals who do not have an appointment. To submit an inquiry and schedule an interview appointment go to the EEOC Public Portal (https://publicportal.eeoc.gov/). The system can also be accessed by going directly to our website at www.eeoc.gov.
Office visitors must present a valid state or federal identification (i.e. state driver’s license, state ID or U.S. passport) and pass through screening to gain entrance into the building. If you do not have a photo ID, please contact our office for additional information.
If you need a reasonable accommodation, please contact our office prior to scheduling an appointment.
If you plan to drive to the office, parking is available at public lots near the office. The cost for parking varies by location and is generally more expensive and more difficult to find on days when events are scheduled at Busch Stadium or Enterprise Center. Many lots require payment through an app or by credit card. The office is also accessible using public transportation including MetroLink, Metro Bus, or Madison County Transit.
