EEOC SUES LANE HOTEL MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR PREGNANCY DISCRIMINATION

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.  – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) today announced it  has filed a lawsuit charging Lane Hotel Management Company, LLC, with pregnancy  discrimination.
