ATLANTA – Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation, a public hospital in Atlanta, violated federal law by failing to accommodate its employee’s disability and then firing her because of her disability, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a recently filed lawsuit.
