The Houston District Office operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays. Walk-in appointments are accepted on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., on a first-come, first-served basis. The first four walk-ins before 8:30 a.m. will receive an interview. To expedite the process, we advise walk-in visitors to complete a portal inquiry beforehand.

While walk-ins are accommodated, scheduling an appointment interview is strongly advised, with priority given to those with appointments. Appointments can be scheduled through the EEOC Public Portal at https://publicportal.eeoc.gov/portal/ or via www.eeoc.gov.

Our office is equipped for video interviews upon request. All visitors must pass through building security, including metal detector screening. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to facilitate security procedures. Late arrivals exceeding fifteen minutes will be considered walk-ins and may not be accommodated on the same day. Paid parking is available within one block of the building, and a small cafeteria is located on the first floor.

If you have a disability preventing online portal access or encounter difficulties, please e-mail digitalsupport@eeoc.gov or call 1-800-669-4000.
